Mollys Momma Again

It is with a breaking heart that I must tell you my sweet, beautiful, brave and wonderful girl crossed over the rainbow bridge this morning at 11 minutes past 11, I believe she willed herself to get better enough to spend one last night with her Poppa and I and to let us know that she loved us as much as we love her.

She was the bravest soul I have met and she taught me what courage is.

This morning she was very sick again bringing up all her dinner from last night and she had difficulty standing again. She let me know she was tired and I spoke to our lovely vet Anthony who agreed that if she could not keep her food down without being on a drip that the time had come to let her move on to the next stage in her existence.

Thank you all so very much for loving my girl I know she held you all so dear as do her Poppa and I.

I  consider myself blessed for having had her in my life and for bring me such joy and luvs.

So look up tonight and find the brightest, shiniest most twinkly star you can find and that will be my Angel Princess shining down on us.

Oh my gosh I am just in shock! I am so so so sorry that Molly had to leave for the bridge. She was such a beautiful sweet girl. I know this has to be so hard for you but it was also so selfless to let her go when she was suffering. You thought of her instead of yourself and for that you deserve some extra hugs. We are sending over lots of comforting purrs and prayers for you - and we are sure that Molly will be there watching over you from the bridge.

We read the news over at Puddles blog - so very sorry for your loss of Molly. Even tho we are not followers, I have heard of Miss Molly on different blogs and always meant to stop by to meet her. Even if it is not a dog I know, my heart still breaks when I hear about one crossing the Bridge. I feel like we lost out on an opportunity to know a great little doggy - I have read some of her posts and the "About Me" page - what a fighter she must have been and what great doggy parents you were to her to care for her so much. I hope you will smile again when you think of your little Divine Miss M, playing in the green meadow by the Rainbow Bridge, now totally pain-free forever.

Oh no! Miss Molly had the most love that any pup could ask for. She was lucky to have you and you to have her.

Hold her in your heart and meet her at the bridge one day.

JD and Max here again - we wanted to mention that sweet Shelby went into labour about the time that little Molly crossed to the Rainbow Bridge.

We believe that this timing is no coincidence that that the spirit of Miss Molly - of hope and courage and love - will live on in these young puppies, who are lucky to even be alive, thanks to the kind angel who found her and is nursing her back to health.

Much love - JD and Max and Clare

Oh, we are so very sad right now. Not for Molly so much as for everyone else. We know she was very sick and probably lived longer and most certainly more happily than she might have without you and her Pops. She was loved and cared for until the very end and that's all any of us can really hope for. None of us are promised tomorrow. But you must be so very sad and we all will miss her so very much. I'm so glad she had you in her life. Every dog should be so fortunate. I also hope you'll stay with us and keep in touch, no matter what your dog situation is.
